From iBanx to Zhimble

10 years ago the founders of Zhimble created iBanx.
iBanx has grown into an industry leading company creating solutions that improve the HSE performance of industrial organizations. Zhimble is founded on the experiences we gained in the process of creating change in industrial organizations.

Soft factors, hard to change

Through the many projects we have done in industry, we have seen that besides software, procedures and methods there is one crucial factor that influences the success of any plant or organization: people. Here we are talking about the way people work, their motivations, the degree to which they feel connected to and responsible for the success of themselves, their team and their organization. All these factors the industry sometimes labels as "soft" may well have the most significant impact on the real performance of organizations - and are often seen as the hardest to change.

Personal responsibility

In the process of building iBanx, we have worked hard on our personal development. Through the Avatar® Course and the many experiences we had in setting up our business and helping our clients we gained many insights in our own way of working, our motivations and the process of taking more responsibility not just for our own success but especially for our clients, our environment. We have seen this can not only be fun, but also extremely rewarding on a personal level, and for the company
