BioMCN is a 2 –year young company in Delfzijl, Holland. The goal is to produce bio-methanol based on glycerol by a new technology. It´s ambition is to become the biggest plant of it´s kind in the world. Innovation to the max: New product, new technology, new market and a new organization.

Case Description

BioMCN asked Zhimble to help them create an organization and culture that is capable to achieve their first class ambitions. Every employee should be involved, inspired and committed.
