Peter Senge and his colleagues have made a great contribution to our general understanding of how organizations work through the introduction of 'Systems Dynamics' and 'Systems Thinking'. The fundamental belief underlying this approach is that organizations (of all kinds) are integrated, so no one person can act without affecting the whole system. We share this belief.
