Profile

As a people focused business consultant you speak the industry language from the boardroom to the shop floor.

You have a PhD, masters or bachelors degree and at least 7 to 10 years of working experience, preferably in change management consulting.

The process industry feels like your backyard and you have an extensive network there.

You are an experienced project manager of complex projects, you are flexible, entrepreneurial, hands-on, energetic and you like to work on the development of consciousness.

You are intrigued by the philosophy of Zhimble and you can see yourself contribution to the mission.
