For many years we have been assisting industrial organizations in creating change in different areas - safety, operations and maintenance. Looking at these initiatives, they all seem to point in one direction: people and organizations want to take more responsibility. For all aspects of their operations - integrally. This led us to the belief (our vision) that the leading companies of the future integrate people, planet and profit in everything they do.

People, Planet, Profit

People, Planet, Profit or "Triple-P" is a concept that was coined many years ago, but which is now becoming more and more accepted as the new standard against which the value and performance of companies is measured. This development will continue, because it is driven by societies' rising awareness about the state of our planet. Industry leaders integrate this in their companies deliberately to the level of the building blocks they are made of: people, and what they do.

Not just going green

At Zhimble, we believe "People, Planet, Profit" is not about "going green". It is about people and organizations taking a wider responsibility for anyone who is influenced, directly or indirectly, by their actions instead of purely focussing on their own short-term needs or gains. It is about making sure that no product is spilled at any time just as much as ensuring nobody is hurt whilst efficiently building a new plant or achieving maximum output. It is about never saying "It wasn't me..."

It starts with People

Triple-P performance improvements occur when people at all levels take more responsibility. For themselves, for others and for the whole. What we see in industry is that very often people at all levels feel they have to compromise between their responsibility to various stakeholders, depending on the circumstances. We help create situations whereby people are able to take integral responsibility for their actions at work, at all times.
