“Since 2000 I have been working together with my colleges at Zhimble to inspire people in the industry. Our objective is to raise the level of responsibility in the global industry. I believe that if people in industry work together from passion, the attention will automatically go towards sustainability."

My strength lies in getting things translated to the shop floor. Theory and strategy is nice, but does not change a thing until it lands on the floor and people get to work with it. I help people make things practical, and get everybody to be involved, from the production manager to the junior operator”
