This dramatically speeds up the rate at which the whole operation continuously improves it’s performance.

My strength lies in working with people in plants, in the middle of what they are doing, and helping them see the relationship between how they do things and the impact this has. Everybody wants to hear how he’s doing or how she can improve. I like to make it fun and get sensitivities and naivety out of the way. Once people start to experience that this way of working quickly leads to tangible results as well as personal satisfaction, there’s no stopping them.”
