Creative vs Reactive

Reinoud Slot

A creative response to life. Original, like a spark, unique and pure, formed without any limitation, distortion or judgement. In its true perfection.

A creative response is one in which we take ownership, we seek solutions, we move into flow, we are joyfully mastering our business, and life.

However, how often do we find ourselves not responding creatively. We become reactive, disappointed, stressed, even frustrated. We protect, defend, argue and we feel not heard, not respected, made wrong. Our basic survival mechanisms take over.

In organisations huge amounts of energy are wasted on these fear based reactive behaviour patterns, yearning to be transformed.
